There were over 300 factsheet views in the last fortnight. Several of the factsheets in the top five relate to dealing with difficult people in the workplace, making it the hot topic for our CUSN users.

At College & University Support Network we have places in the Adidas Silverstone Half Marathon and the Edinburgh Marathon – and we are looking for runners to fill them and raise money for College & University Support Network. However time and places are running out.
Two universities have been included in Stonewall's list of the UK's 100 most gay-friendly employers, according to Times Higher Education.
Nevertheless the charity has said that universities are not doing enough to support gay, lesbian and bisexual staff.
The National Council of CUSN is due for re-election in May for the next two years, 2010 - 2012, and we are keen to have a good spread of skills, knowledge and experience going forward. Please note that you do have to be donating £21 per annum to CUSN to qualify for nomination. As thoughts turn to the Christmas break we have all been thinking about what gifts we are going to give to friends and loved ones. This year at College and University Support Network we have written our wish list to Santa, but we want you to be his elves and help him out. This year there are just two presents that we really want.
As we speculate about whether it will snow on the 25th, or whether Santa will fill our stockings this year, one thing remains certain. Throughout the winter, we will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week - including Christmas and New Year's Day - to offer advice, counselling and coaching to teachers on the phone and online.
