This fortnight we've answered over 60 calls to our Support Lines. Here's a breakdown of some of the ways we've helped this week:
- Over 30 per cent received information.
- Almost 21 per cent of callers received coaching from a trained advisor.
- Over 14 per cent received online support.
- Almost 12 per cent received information on grants
- 8.8 per cent were signposted to other sources of information.
- Almost 4 per cent of callers received counseling from a trained advisor.
- 2.2 per cent had specialist money advice.
