Further education staff are now able to share knowledge and best practise online following the launch of the QIA Excellence Gateway.
The website developed by the Quality Improvement Agency enables staff in the sector to add or download advice and materials, engage in discussion and access a directory of suppliers of improvement services.
Chief Executive of the QIA, Andrew Thomson said: “The concept behind the Excellence Gateway is to allow anyone employed in further education an easy entry point into continuing their personal professional development. We know there is a vast amount of valuable knowledge within the sector already – what the Excellence Gateway does is present the very best of this in a single online destination.”
