The NQT's in your college can now access this information online at our new website at www.newteachers.info. The online guide is designed to help teachers in their first years of teaching tackle training, placements, induction years and beyond.
Looking at topics such as finding a job, fitting in, managing behaviour and career development, we hope that the site will give your students all the help and support they need as they embark on their new career.
Since we launched the site in January the most popular sections include finding a job, looking after yourself and money money money.
